Paclitaxel binding is decreased in cells overexpressing stathmin. BT20V1, BT20V3, BT20ST1, and BT20ST3 cells plated in tissue culture glass slide chambers were allowed to attach for 24 h and then treated for one hour with 20 μM fluorescein-conjugated paclitaxel.
