Northern blot analysis of gene transcript profiles for the tri1 UV mutants and ΔTri1 transformants. RNA blots, prepared with total RNA isolated for each strain from mycelia collected from 23-h YEPD-5G liquid shake cultures, were hybridized with α-³²P-labeled gene-specific probes as indicated. Blots were stripped before rehybridization with another probe. rRNA bands in the corresponding ethidium bromide-stained gel prior to blotting are shown under each hybridization panel.
