Effect of EGF receptor expression on the steady-state distribution of E3-13.7 proteins. Postnuclear supernatants from in724-infected ERwt or NR6 cells were fractionated on 27% Percoll density gradients, and fractions were processed for immunoblotting of E3-13.7 immunoprecipitates. Immunoblots were developed by ECL (A) or by chemifluorescence (B). Fluorescence in the linear range was scanned and quantitated with the use of ImageQuant software from Molecular Dynamics.
