Effects of eds5 on PR-1, PR-2, PR-5, and PDF1.2 Gene Expression in the cpr Mutants.

PR-1, PR-2, PR-5, and PDF1.2 gene-specific probes were used for RNA gel blot analysis of the indicated genotypes. The UBQ5 transcript was used as a loading standard. RNA was extracted from 3-week-old soil-grown plants.
