The second number is the percentage similarity at the amino acid level for the full protein. The third number is the percentage similarity only among the putative DnaA interaction domains of these proteins. The DnaA interaction domain of E.coli has been shown to be between residues 154 and 210 (Seitz et al., 2000), which corresponds to positions 147–201 in P.putida, 147–201 in P.aeruginosa, 136–189 in B.subtilis and 182–235 in S.coelicolor.
