ADCC activity of ING-1 against human BT-20 breast (A), MCF-7 breast (B), HT-29 colon (C) and CACO-2 colon (D) tumor cells. Increasing concentrations of ING-1 were added to wells containing human blood mononuclear cells and ⁵¹Cr-labeled human tumor cells in an 80:1 ratio. After incubation for four hours at 37°C, cell lysis was determined by counting ⁵¹Cr released into the medium. Data are from four human donors. Each symbol represents a single donor.
