Detection of E. coli NTR by immunofluorescence. Stable transfectants of HT1080 cells were seeded on glass slides and were incubated under aerobic or hypoxic conditions (0.02% O₂) for 24 hours. The specimens were treated with a 1:100 dilution of primary anti-myc antibody, followed by a 1:200 dilution of secondary antimouse IgG antibody conjugated with FITC as described in Materials and Methods section.
