Analysis of the interaction of SITAC and TACIP18 with different proTGF-α C-terminal mutants. Yeast coexpressing the different proTGF-α cytoplasmic domain mutants in positions -2 (-E-X-V-V mutants) or in position 0 (-E-Y-V-X mutants) fused to the GAL4 DBD and SITAC, TACIP18 or different SITAC deletion constructs fused to GAL4 AD were seeded in -His/-Ade plates and scored for growth or assayed for β-galactosidase activity.
