Effect of anti-TGF-β antibody (Ab) alone or in combination with Ab39 on the expression of vWF mRNA in EBs. EBs grown for the indicated times in the absence or presence of either anti-TGF-β antibody (15 μg/ml), Ab39 (1:200), or both antibodies were characterized for vWF expression by RT-PCR.
