8-Cl-adenosine slows tumor progression in HCT116-derived xenografts. Xenografts established in nude athymic mice were treated with (◆) 8-Cl-adenosine (50 mg/kg) or (□) 1xPBS twice/week for a period of 4 weeks and tumor size was measured weekly.
