Mok1p localization in wild-type, rho2Δ, and pck2Δ cells. Exponentially growing wild-type (HM123), rho2Δ (KN-1), and pck2Δ (TP169–1C) cells were fixed and stained for immunofluorescence microscopy using affinity-purified anti-Mok1 antibody.
