The IκB hybrids indicated on the top of the autoradiogram were in vitro translated and ³⁵S labeled, and equal amounts were incubated with either glutathione beads harboring GST alone (odd lane numbers) or glutathione beads harboring GST-p65 (even lane numbers). The bound proteins were analyzed by PAGE and were visualized by autoradiography.
