Cytokine production by splenocytes from VDR KO and WT mice. Mononuclear cells (106 cells/ml) from murine spleens were stimulated with 10 μg/ml anti-CD3 and 2 μg/ml anti-CD28. (a) Conditioned media were analyzed for cytokine content by ELISA. The results represent the mean ± SD of experiments performed on triplicate wells using cells from three KO and three WT mice. (b) Cells were stimulated for the number of days indicated, and expression of IFN-γ and 18S was analyzed by RT-PCR.
