Summary of 14-3-3 Interactions and Locations.

Evidence of 14-3-3 participation in various plant physiological processes has arisen largely from the study of diverse client systems and most likely represents only a small proportion of their cellular involvement. Additionally, the localization of specific 14-3-3 isoforms is only now beginning to be elucidated with the production of isoform-specific antibodies.
