Shown for each cell line is the percentage of metaphase spreads containing 0, 1, 2, or 3 HACs and the percentage of metaphase spreads containing integration events. In parentheses, the percentage of metaphase spreads displaying an integration event and an extrachromosomal element simultaneously is shown.
