Cord blood mononuclear cells (800,000) were cultured in X-VIVO 10 containing native FRIL (40 ng/ml) or recFL. No medium changes were made during culture. Cells harvested from liquid culture were plated in triplicate. Data are reported as ±SD of three values. The reported experiment is representative of four experiments.
