35S-labeled proteins in developing lupin cotyledons. Cotyledons at 18 DAF or 30 DAF from control or Tg lupins grown in soil were labeled with 35SO4 for 4 h. Total proteins were subjected to SDS-PAGE and fluorography. Equal numbers of trichloroacetic acid (TCA)-insoluble counts were loaded in each track.
