The N-terminus of Daxx is required for the colocalization of RASSF1C with Daxx in PML-NBs. HeLa cells were cotransfected with full-length Daxx (DsRed-Daxx) (A–D) or the C-terminus of Daxx (DsRed-DaxxC501) (E–H) plus GFP-RASSF1C.
