Cells infected for 15–45 min with Ad (dark bars) exhibited a significantly higher rate of MT nucleation compared with uninfected cells (white bars) in both A549 cells (p = 3 × 10−11) and HFF cells (p = 1 × 10−7). Each bar represents the mean frequency from 20 to 40 distinct measurements per condition ±SEM.
