Tsg101 depletion modifies the morphology of endosomes. (A–E) Control (Inv) and Tsg101-depleted (Tsg101) A431 and HEK293T cells were incubated with anti-EGFR gold-conjugated antibody and EGF for 2 h at 37°C. Cells were fixed and prepared for transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Micrographs show thin (70-nm) sections.
