The application of 20 mM ALA induced in all ROIs a response, a decrease or an increase of the Ca²⁺-levels. To 2 mM ALA clear responses were found in regions VIII, IX and X. For the lower ALA concentrations no clear stimulus dependent response could be ascertained.
