(A) Multiplexed RT-PCR of 6 DAA (6), 12 DAA (12), mature (M), or germinating (G) seeds of wild-type (C), homozygous βVPE::dSpm1 (β), or homozygous δVPE::dSpm1 (δ) plants to detect cytosolic ribosomal protein S11 (R) and either βVPE (β) or δVPE (δ).

(B) Immunoblot of protein extracted from seeds of wild-type (C) or homozygous βVPE::dSpm1 (β) probed with a βVPE monospecific polyclonal antibody.
