Worms were grown on NGM plates at 20°C, and 40–50 N2 hermaphrodites were used in each test. The curves are representative of at least two independent trials. The differences between PA14 and M151 or M3713 are statistically significant (p < 0.0004 and p < 0.023, respectively).
