Distribution of erbB receptors in radial glia and astrocytes. Embryonic radial glial cells (E15) and mature astrocytes (4 weeks) in culture were immunostained with polyclonal antibodies to erbB2 (a and b), erbB3 (c and d), and erbB4 (e and f). Radial glial cells and astrocytes were colabeled with RC2 and anti-GFAP antibodies, respectively.
