Alignment of the deduced amino acid sequences of ANT(4′). Sequences are from P. aeruginosa BM4492 [ANT(4′)-IIb], P. aeruginosa [ANT(4′)-IIa] (GenBank accession number M98270), Staphylococcus aureus [ANT(4′)-Ia] (GenBank accession number P05057), and Bacillus subtilis [ANT(4′)-Ib] (GenBank accession number P05057). Alignment was performed with the ClustalX program.
