CD11c⁺ CD11b^bright (myeloid-related) and CD11c⁺ CD11b ^dull/− (lymphoid-related) subsets of DCs are defined as shown. Note that, in FL-treated mice, the lymphoid-related DCs are more prevalent than the myeloid-related DCs. Similar profiles are obtained with both C57BL/6 and BALB/c strains. Data are representative of a large number of experiments.
