H₂O₂ induced nuclear condensation in ARPE-19 cells. ARPE-19 cells were treated with 1.5 mM H₂O₂ for various periods of time, and then processed for nuclear staining. Fig. 4A: untreated cells; Fig. 4B: 4-hour; Fig. 4C: 12-hour; Fig. 4D: 16-hour after treatment.
