ARPE-19 cells were treated with 10 μM AG126, 1 μM 15d-PGJ2 or a combination of these two agents overnight, followed by 1.4 mM H2O2 for 1 day (without testing agents), then processed for the MTT viability assay. *P < 0.05 as compared to H2O2 alone; **p < 0.001 as compared to H2O2 alone.
