Correlation coefficient (a) and prediction accuracy (b) between experimental and predicted ΔΔG from thermal (1518 mutations after the removal of 20 outliers) and chemical denaturation experiments (1581 mutations after the removal of 22 outliers). Three validation tests were carried out: Split-sample (Train-Test), Jack-knife (JK) and k-fold (3-, 4-, 5-fold) cross validation tests.
