VP-14637 binding is temperature dependent. Hep-2 cells were infected with wild-type RSV at an MOI of 0.01 (+RSV) or mock-infected (−RSV). After 48 h, the cells were incubated with 10 nM [³H]VP-14637 at the indicated temperatures for 2 h. After incubation, the cells were lysed, and compound binding was evaluated as described for Fig. 6.
