Binding of VP-14637 to cells expressing the RSV F protein. CEF cells were infected with a modified vaccinia virus expressing T7 polymerase, followed by transfection with pCDNA-F containing a T7 promoter-driven RSV F gene or a control plasmid, pCDNA-3.1. After 24 h, the cells were incubated with 10 nM [³H]VP-14637 (solid bars) or 10 nM [³H]VP-14637 plus 1 μM unlabeled VP-14637 (open bars). The cells were lysed, and measurements were obtained after 6 h.
