Wild-type (WT) and resistant RSV-infected cells express equivalent levels of the F protein. Hep-2 or Vero cells were infected with the indicated viruses, and samples were processed for either total F protein expression via immunoblot analysis (A) or surface-expressed F protein via labeling with NHS-X-biotin followed by immunoprecipitation (B).
