The results demonstrated an average fold induction of Id-1 mRNA after KSHV infection of 3.3 ± 2. In each panel, the blot was probed for expression of Id-1 mRNA and reprobed for glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) to demonstrate equal loading of RNA. A representative experiment is shown, and at least two independent experiments were performed and gave similar results.
