Prevention of EAMG-induced by mAb 198 with library-derived synthetic peptides. Lewis rats were injected i.p. with 90 μg of mAb 198 either alone or after preincubation with 1 mg of peptide. Clinical symptoms and muscle AcChoR content were determined as described in Materials and Methods.
