The peaks for squalene (sq), zymosterol (zy), ergosterol (erg), lanosterol (la), and 4,4-dimethylzymosterol (dz) are indicated. Loss of Dap1p led to an increase in squalene and lanosterol and a decrease in zymosterol and ergosterol.
