2-Aminopurine incompletely inhibits TMEV-induced cytokine expression. Two different concentrations (3 and 10 mM) of PKR inhibitor, 2-aminopurine were added 2 h prior to TMEV infection to initially assess the upstream pathways leading to cytokine expression.
