Adhesion of purified blood and airway EOS to diverse integrin ligands. Adhesion of purified blood EOS of unchallenged subjects (A), blood EOS of challenged subjects (B), or airway EOS obtained after antigen challenge (C) to diverse integrin ligands coated at 10 μg/ml or with a solution of 1% BSA and blocked with FBS.
