Nonstructural protein NSP4 is associated with rafts at 18 h p.i. The soluble fraction and DRM were prepared as for Fig. 5. Two percent of the DRM and 0.5% of the soluble fraction were loaded on the gel. NSP4 was detected by Western blotting using a polyclonal anti-NSP4 antibody.
