Immunoblot analysis of NIH 3T3 cells expressing N-terminal Flag-tagged EWS/FLI1, EWS/ERG, EWS/ETV, or empty vector. Cell lysates represented on this blot were derived from the same cell lines utilized in the array experiments for the EWS/ETV, EWS/ERG, and empty vector samples. The EWS/FLI1 sample lysate was derived from an NIH 3T3 cell line that was independent from the array studies but was generated in the same manner with comparable retroviral stocks. Previous studies have shown little variation in the level of protein expression between these fusion proteins generated in this manner (30).
