RT-PCR analysis of adipocyte marker genes in cells that had inhibited multiple miRNAs function. 3T3-L1 cells were cultured, and differentiation was induced under normal conditions. At day 3 and day 5, the cells were transfected by each Anti-miR. Total RNA was isolated from cells at days 0, 3, and 7. The expression patterns of three adipocyte differentiation markers (PPARγ, A-FABP, and adiponectin) were analyzed by competitive RT-PCR analysis using 18s ribosomal RNA as an internal control.
