Four monopolar recording electrodes were implanted, respectively, in the anterior piriform cortex (aPC), posterior piriform cortex (pPC), lateral entorhinal cortex (LEC), and dentate gyrus (DG). (B) An example of the evoked field potential signals induced in the four recording sites in response to stimulation of the OB.
