Sentence reconstruction involves linking concept and lexical information to each term in the sentence. Each term position or ‘key’ (e.g. “4”) is assigned its associated term (“mitral valve prolapse”), the part-of-speech (“noun”) and the semantic type of that concept ([Disease]). If MMTx could not map a concept to a term, no semantic type was recorded. [Value] assignments are discussed in the following section.
