SW-13 cells were seeded in a six-well plate and transduced at a multiplicity of infection of 2 with SMPU-E-sel-EGFP reporter vector alone (untreated) (A). Forty-eight hours after transduction with the reporter vector, cells were concurrently cotransduced with LV-Tax vector (B) or treated with 20 ng/ml TNF-α (panel C).
