Effect of AICAR treatment on cell proliferation during the 3T3L1 preadipocyte differentiation induction process. 3T3-L1 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of AICAR (from 0.1 to 1.0 mM) during the differentiation induction phase (from day 0 to day2) followed by [3H] thymidine uptake to examine cell proliferation.
