Effect of SKF96365 on BK-induced increase in [Ca²⁺]_i. TECs were pretreated with SKF96365 (10 μM) for 30 min and then incubated in Ca²⁺-free buffer. After reaching the steady baseline, the cells were exposed to BK (10 μM), and then Ca²⁺ (1.8 mM) was re-added to the buffer, as indicated by arrows. The data expressed as mean±s.e.mean of five separate experiments are shown in bar graph. ^*P<0.01, as compared with Ca²⁺ influx induced by BK in control cells.
