Time in (for males Sm; for females Sf) and time out (for males Gm; for females Gf) of the mating pool for the typical case where male PI is small relative to female PI (Gm<Gf). In this example, the adult sex ratio is M=2 males per female, so in time T (one cycle of reproduction for the female) one male will mate and then spend time out Gm replenishing gametes.
