Depressor responses induced by bolus injections of iopromide (300 mg ml⁻¹) and iodixanol (320 mg ml⁻¹) in perfused (5±1 ml min⁻¹) isolated dog ear arteries constricted by PhE. Increasing volumes of the IRCM caused dose-dependent reductions in perfusion pressure, with the responses to both agents approaching a plateau.
