Responses to CYP products of endothelium-denuded monkey lingual artery strips in the presence of indomethacin (1 μM) and L-NOARG (0.1 mM) as affected by exposure to high K+ media (K+ 15 mM) and treatment of the strips with charbdotoxin (ChTX; 30 nM plus apamin (1 μM), iberiotoxin (IBTX; 100 nM), and by treatment of the reaction mixture with ketoconazole (10 μM). The ordinate denotes relaxations relative to those induced by papaverine (0.1 mM).
