Morphology of motoneurons after 24 h treatment with BDNF, genistein, SR 57746A or SR 57746A plus genistein. Purified mouse motoneurons were incubated with 0.02% DMSO (A), 100 ng ml−1 BDNF (B), 10 μM genistein (C), 1 μM SR 57746A (D) or 10 μM genistein combined with 1 μM SR 57746A (E) immediately after seeding.
