Effect of local application of WAY100635 on MKC-242-induced increase in extracellular dopamine levels in the prefrontal cortex. MKC-242 at 1.0 mg kg−1 was injected s.c. at 60 min. WAY100635 at 10 μM was perfused into the cortex via the dialysis probe for the time indicated by the horizontal bars.
